Harriet Thornbeck

Harriet designs onboarding and account flows at Ostrel, a savings app with most of its users on mid-range Android phones. She tests every flow on a three-year-old device before sign-off. She previously worked at a Manchester agency on sites for independent retailers and still directs their photography.
