First year at Fundição do Cais, the former foundry by the river. Main Stage in the casting hall, a second room in the old boiler room, a workshop room with forty seats and power at every one. Four coffee stations instead of one.
Twenty-two sessions, four tracks, fifteen speakers. The livestream ran for the first time, with 1,400 people watching the keynote from outside the room. We are back in the same building for 2026.

We moved to Lisbon and to a former ironmongery workshop with two rooms. Two days, three tracks, twenty sessions. The first workshops ran in a side room with twenty seats and a waiting list of ninety.
The venue was full and the workshop room was too small. The coffee queue at 10:30 on day one was the most complained-about thing in the feedback. We fixed both in 2025.

The first edition ran in a former cooperage by the river in Porto. One room, one track, eleven talks in a day. Doors opened at 8:30 and the last talk ended at 17:30, on time.
Tickets sold out in five weeks. The recordings were online eight days later. The feedback form said two things: more rooms, and a second day. We did both.
